What’s fall without 7,000 hand-carved pumpkins set against a spellbinding historic backdrop? Be sure to visit Upper Canada Village for Pumpkinferno, which this year features some stunning Canada 150-themed displays! Hugely creative and spanning a kilometer-long path, this spectacular outdoor art exhibit is not one to be missed.
Haunted Walks (Year-Round)
Looking for something a little spookier? Look no further! Ottawa’s iconic Haunted Walks are tailor-made for the Halloween season, with specially-trained guides leading tour groups with lanterns through some of the city’s allegedly most haunted and supernatural locations, sharing ghoulish tales along the way. Celebrating 20 years of storytelling adventures, these tours are truly unique and provide a completely different perspective of Canada’s Capital.
