Hansen Scholarship for the Horticulture and Landscape Profession – 500$

Awarded to students who are currently enrolled in any Horticulture or Landscape Program – through a college, university, or apprenticeship program.

This award is given out 3 times a year in April, August, and December (more detailed timeline below).

How it is awarded

Students who have been awarded must show proof of registration and enrollment for their program with dates listed. Once confirmed you will receive a cheque for the amount.

How to apply

Students must submit a 250 word essay on why you entered the program, what your goals are in this industry, and what you have learned about yourself and the profession so far.

For your submission to be valid for entry you must include your name, email address, phone number, and school and program you are enrolled in.

Deadlines

Awarded on April 15th – deadline for submissions is March 15th.

Awarded on August 15th – deadline for submissions is July 15th.

Awarded on December 15th – deadline for submission is November 15th.
